摘　　要：梦即现实,是指梦与现实是相互联系、相互影响的;弗洛伊德认为,梦以凝缩、移置、象征及修饰的方式来表现,所以在实践中就注重于个人潜意表达的倾向;催眠状态就是梦与现实互通的桥梁,可以提高体验与言说的一致性;催眠状态是一座可以让梦与现实畅通无阻的桥,学懂了催眠,自己不仅可以启动本就拥有的这座桥,而且可以帮助他人启动和利用他的桥。Dream is reality,which means that dreams and reality are interrelated and mutually influential;Freud believes that dreams are expressed in the form of condensation,displacement,symbolization and modification,so in practice,they focus on personal expression.The tendency of hypnosis is a bridge between dreams and reality,which can improve the consistency of experience and speech.Hypnosis is a bridge that can make dreams and reality unimpeded.Learn to hypnotize,you can not only start this one.Bridge,and can help others start and use his bridge.
