标准化操作规程在心血管专科护士培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的对比标准化操作规程(standard operation procedure,SOP)培训法与传统培训法在心内科护士规范化培训中的效果。方法以2012年1月—2017年12月中国医科大学附属第一医院心内科新入科的50名护士为研究对象,按年份分为SOP培训组(n=25)和传统培训组(n=25);分别采取SOP及传统培训两种方法进行规范化培训。通过理论、操作成绩及满意度问卷调查,评价两种培训方法。结果SOP培训组理论及操作成绩均优于传统培训组(P <0.05)。护士对SOP培训法在提高个人能力方面满意度更高(P <0.05)。结论与传统培训法相比,SOP培训法在心内科护士规范化培训中可取得更好的效果。Objective To compare the effect of standard operation procedure(SOP)and conventional method(CM)in standardized training of nurses in cardiovascular department.Methods50new nurses in cardiovascular department of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were selected from January2012to December2017,and were divided into SOP group(n=25)and CM group(n=25).The two methods were evaluated through theoretical scores,operational scores and satisfaction.Results10China Continuing Medical Education,Vol.11,No.1The theory and operation performance of SOP group were better than that of CM group(P<0.05).The nurses were more satisfied with the SOP in improving their personal ability(P<0.05).Conclusion SOP demonstrates advantages in standardized training of nurses in cardiovascular department and enhances the teaching effect.
