循证健康教育在上消化道出血患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究基于循证护理的健康教育对消化道出血患者的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年2月—2018年2月458例消化道出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采取常规健康教育,观察组采取基于循证护理的健康教育,对比两组患者疾病知识掌握程度和生活质量状况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者上述各指标均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对上消化道出血患者实施基于循证护理的健康教育,能够有效提升患者对疾病知识掌握程度和生活质量状况。Objective To study the application of evidence-based nursing in health education of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods458cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding from February2017to February2018were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group.The control group was given routine health education,the observation group was given evidence-based nursing in health education pathway.The health knowledge and quality of life situation were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the health knowledge and quality of life situation of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidencebased nursing in health education of upper gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively enhance the mastery of health knowledge and quality of life situation.
