摘  要:为研究抑制催乳素(Prolactin,PRL)分泌的大麦芽活性成分,将大麦芽经体积分数为75%的乙醇提取,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,分别得到石油醚萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物和萃余物四个部分,用苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮注射液建立乳腺增生小鼠模型检测大麦芽不同成分的活性,得出大麦芽乙酸乙酯萃取物具有明显的抑制PRL分泌的作用。乙酸乙酯萃取物分别经过MCI柱、ODS柱和ODS-A柱分离,得到四个单体化合物,经核磁共振方法鉴定为:3-甲基-1-十六烯酸乙酯甘油酯、3-甲基-1-十八烯酸乙酯甘油酯、3-十七烷酸-环己-1,4-二烯酯、1,4-环己二烯-3-十五烷酸甲酯。This study was aimed to explore active ingredient of barley malt for inhibiting prolactin secretion.The barley malt was extracted by75%ethanol and then extracted by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol in turn.Estradiol benzoate and progesterone were used to establish the mice model of mammary hyperplasia in order to detect the activity of different components of barley malt.And the results showed that the ethyl acetate extract of barley malt had significant effect on inhibiting the secretion of PRL.Then the extract was isolated by MCI column,ODS column and ODS-A column respectively.Finally four monomeric compounds were identifiedby NMR:3-methyl-1-gaidic acid ethyl ester glyceride,3-methyl-1-octadecenicacid ethyl ester glyceride,3-daturicacid-cyclohexyl-1,4-dienylester,1,4-cyclohexadiene-3-pentadecoic acid ester.
