SIRT1在胃癌组织中表达及对患者预后的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析sirt1在胃癌组织中的表达对胃癌细胞发展的影响以及对患者雨后的影响。方法:选取24例胃癌患者,检测其体内胃癌组织中sirt1的表达情况并统计。对24个患者对等分为两组,降低其中一组12名患者的sirt1表达,记为A组,另外12名患者记为B组,分别观察两组患者癌细胞发展情况并记录分析下调sirt1表达对癌症细胞的影响。结果:B组患者体内的癌细胞有明显的扩散和恶化,而A组患者体内的癌细胞得到一定程度的抑制,基本没有任何扩散及发展。且A组患者中,有1例出现上消化道出血,发生率为8.33%,B组中,有4例患者出现上消化道出血,发生率为33.33%。结论:sirt1的表达对胃癌组织具有重要意义,下调sirt1表达有利于抑制胃癌细胞的扩散,且sirt1在胃癌组织中的表达与临床预后关系密切,可作为预测胃癌手术治疗患者预后的标志物之一。objective:to explore the effect of sirt1 on the development of gastric cancer cells and its effects on patients with gastric cancer.Methods:24 patients with gastric cancer were selected to detect the expression of sirt1 in gastric cancer tissues.Equivalence of 24 patients were divided into two groups,the lower one group of 12 patients of sirt1 expression,for group A,the other 12 patients in group B,respectively,observe two groups of patients with cancer development and record the analysis of the effect of cut sirt1 expression in cancer cells.Results:the gastric cancer patients do not make any deal with the spread of the cancer cells have obvious and deteriorating,cut sirt1 expression of cancer patients have a certain degree of inhibition,basic no diffusion and the development.Conclusion:sirt1 expression is of great significance to gastric cancer tissue,lower sirt1 expression is helpful for inhibiting gastric cancer cell proliferation,and sirt1 expression in gastric cancer tissue closely associated with clinical outcomes,and can be used as one of the markers to predict the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer surgery.
