摘　　要：创新精神培育是高等教育的重要职责。文章从高校学生、教师和行政管理制度方面,分析了我国高等教育创新精神匮乏的状况和原因。然后,文章详细地分析了"互联网+"时代的到来为高等教育创新精神的培养所带来的机遇。最后,基于互联网+时代的技术条件和发展趋势,文章从教学模式和教学内容创新、学术创新和实践创新、高校创新体系建设这三个方面,提出了切实可行的促进高等教育创新精神培育的策略。The cultivation of innovative spirit is an important responsibility of higher education.This paper analyzes the situation and reasons of the lack of innovative spirit in higher education in China from aspects of students,teachers and administrative management system.Then,it analyzes in detail the opportunities brought by the arrival of the“Internet+”era for the cultivation of innovative spirit in higher education.Finally,based on the technical conditions and development trends of the Internet+era,this article puts forward some practical strategies from three aspects of teaching mode and teaching content innovation,academic innovation and practice innovation,and university innovation system construction to promot the cultivation of innovative spirit in higher education.
