摘  要:屋顶绿化可以改善城市生态环境,降低城市建筑能耗,已成为提高绿化覆盖率的有效方法.苏北地区屋顶绿化发展相对落后,因此,本文以徐州市区为例,利用Google earth卫星影像,通过人工判读等方法,建立徐州市区二环以内全部建筑物屋顶资源属性数据库,利用8个关键影响因子对其绿化资源潜力进行评估,从而评价苏北地区屋顶绿化的资源潜力情况.最后,分析制约苏北地区屋顶绿化发展的主要因素,并提出相应的对策措施.Roof greening is a effective method to improve urban ecological environment and reduce energy consumption of urban buildings in modern cities.There is a relatively low developing level on urban roof greening development in Northern Jiangsu,therefore,taking Xuzhou City as an example in this paper,the resource property database of all structures within the Second Ring Road of Xuzhou City is established through Google earth satellite images and artificial interpretation,the resource potential assessment of urban roof greening is evaluated using 8 restriction factors,so as to evaluate the resource potential of roof greening in Northern Jiangsu.Finally,the main factors restricting the development of roof greening in Northern Jiangsu are analysed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.:Roof greening policies and regulations should be improved;the investment channels should be broaden;and advanced roof greening practical technologies and products should be developed;and more professional and technical personnel should be trained.
