摘　　要：本文以河北省图书馆与日本鸟取县立图书馆20余年文献交换工作实践为例,简要介绍两馆文献交换基本情况,具体做法与经验,通过对交换文献的分析,提出长期稳定的国际文献交换有利于丰富外文文献,成就特色馆藏,进而带动其他业务延展,推动和加深国际间文化交流与合作,成为让世界了解中国的一个窗口。This article,taking the literature exchange between Hebei Provincial Library and Tottori Prefectural Library of Japan over the past20years as an example,introduces the basic situation,specific practices and experience of literature exchange between the two libraries.By analyzing the work of literature exchange,the paper proposes that long-term and stable international literature exchange can optimize library collection structure and bring along the extension of other business.Literature exchange can strengthen the international cultural exchange and cooperation and become a window for the world to understand China.
