摘　　要：本文用史实来说明长江流域在中华文明发展史以及新时代强起来的极其重要地位,并从生态学视角指出水生生物,特别是鱼类多样性是评价流域生态系统健康的重要标志。基于长江流域不同区域人类活动的差异性分析,提出大保护行动在不同区域应不同,但生物多样性保护应是大保护的重要切入点。最后,提出了关于有效推进长江大保护的五条建议。This paper illustrated the great importance of the Yangtze River Basin in the development history of Chinese civilization and in the New Era based on the historical facts.From the perspective of ecology,the diversity of aquatic wild life,especially of the fish species,is found to be one of the critical indicators in evaluating the health status of the river basin ecosystem.By differentiating the human activities differ in different regions of the Yangtze River Basin,it is proposed that the comprehensive conservation actions should also differ in different regions,and the biodiversity conservation should be taken as an important entry point.In conclusion,five important suggestions on effectively promoting the comprehensive conservation of the Yangtze River Basin were made.
