摘  要:目的观察人参皂苷Rg1对脊髓损伤SD大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平的影响,探讨人参皂苷Rg1对脊髓损伤的保护作用。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和人参皂苷Rg1组,每组10只。模型组和人参皂苷Rg1组采用打击法建立脊髓损伤大鼠模型。假手术组大鼠打开脊椎后进行缝合。造模后24 h,人参皂苷Rg1组给予人参皂苷Rg1溶液10 mg/kg进行腹腔注射,1次/d,连续7 d;假手术组和模型组每天注射相同体积的生理盐水。干预结束后,采用ELISA法检测3组大鼠血清MDA、SOD、IL-1β、IL-10水平。结果模型组和人参皂苷Rg1组大鼠血清MDA、IL-1β水平均明显高于假手术组(P均<0. 05),SOD、IL-10水平均明显低于假手术组(P均<0. 05),但人参皂苷Rg1组大鼠血清MDA、IL-1β水平均明显低于模型组(P均<0. 05),SOD、IL-10水平均明显高于模型组(P均<0. 05)。结论人参皂苷Rg1可能通过调节MDA、SOD、IL-1β及IL-10的表达对大鼠脊髓起到保护作用,抑制神经元细胞凋亡。Objective It is to observe the effects of ginsenoside Rg1on serum malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in SD rats with spinal cord injury,and to explore the protective effect of ginsenoside Rg1on spinal cord injury.Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group and ginsenoside Rg1group,with10rats in each group.The model group and the ginsenoside Rg1group were established by a hit method to establish rat models of spinal cord injury.The sham-operated rats were sutured after opening the spine.24hours after model establishment,ginsenoside Rg1group was treated ginsenoside Rg1solution10mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection once a day for7days;sham operation group and model group were injected with the same volume of normal saline every day.After the intervention,the levels of serum MDA,SOD,IL-1βand IL-10in the three groups were detected by ELISA.Results The levels of serum MDA and IL-1βin the model group and ginsenoside Rg1group were significantly higher while the SOD and IL-10levels were significantly lower than those in the sham operation group(P<0.05).However,the levels of serum MDA and IL-1βin the ginsenoside Rg1group were significantly lower and that of the SOD and IL-10levels were significantly higher than those in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg1may protect the rat spinal cord by regulating the expression of MDA,SOD,IL-1βand IL-10,and inhibit neuronal apoptosis.
