摘　　要：从培养双创教育与专业教育有机融合的理念、建设完备课程体系、创新现代教学机制、建设高水平师资队伍等方面,论述构建双创人才培养方案的方法。通过开放实验室、搭建双创平台、开展双创项目和参与学科竞赛等途径,将双创教育与专业教育全面融入人才培养过程中,以培养具有工程能力、团队意识和双创精神的综合型创新人才。The construction plan of training innovation and entrepreneurship talents was discussed by cultivating the concept of organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,building a complete curriculum system,innovating modern teaching mechanism,and building a high-level faculty,etc.Explore through the open laboratory,set up an innovation and entrepreneurship platform,carry out innovation and entrepreneurship programs and actively participate in academic competitions and other means,the innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education fully integrated into the entire process of personnel training in order to cultivate practical ability,teamwork awareness,Innovative spirit and entrepreneurial awareness of innovative talents.
