摘  要:为提高发动机燃油经济性,首先通过部分负荷试验,验证了滚流比对燃油经济性的影响;再通过气道稳流试验,验证了所建立的三维稳态计算模型的准确性以及气道评价参数之间的关系.基于计算机液体动力学(CFD)分析影响气道流通特性的几何参数,采用最优拉丁超立方抽样和响应面法(RSM)拟合出发动机进气道的近似模型,应用第二代非劣排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对气道中心线倾斜角和喉口下压角进行优化,通过比较流量系数、滚流比等参数确定优化设计方案.研究结果表明:优化后的进气道模型能够在保证流量系数不变的情况下一定程度上提高滚流比,最终获得了提升气道滚流比的优化设计结果.In order to improve the fuel economy of the engine,the influence of tumble ratio on fuel economy is verified by partial load test;the accuracy of three-dimensional steady calculation model and the relationship between flow coefficient and tumble ratio is verified by ports steady test.The geometric parameters of affecting ports flow characteristics are analyzed based on CFD(Computation Fluid Dynamics),fitting out an approximate model with the Optimal Latin hypercube sampling and response surface method(RSM).Optimizing the tilt Angle and throat Angle via the Elitist Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ),it confirms the optimized design scheme by comparing the flow coefficient and tumble ratio.The result shows that the optimized inlet model can improve the tumble ratio on the premise that the flow coefficient is constant,which can eventually get the optimal design result of improving the tumble ratio.
