摘　　要：目的:观察微型种植体支抗在正畸治疗中的疗效。方法:选取需正畸的患者156例,按随机数字表法分为2组(n=78):对照组用口外弓支抗进行正畸治疗,观察组用微型种植体支抗进行正畸治疗。对比两组治疗后2个月骨保护素水平、临床疗效及不良反应的发生率。结果:正畸治疗后2个月,观察组和对照组的骨保护素水平均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组(0.15±0.02)高于对照组(0.12±0.04)(P<0.05);上颌中切牙凸距差、倾角、磨牙位移、上下齿槽座角、尖牙间宽度均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);总不良反应发生率观察组(3.85%)显著低于对照组(16.67%)(P<0.05)。结论:与口外弓支抗相比,微型种植体支抗应用于正畸治疗可明显改善临床疗效,提高牙周组织骨保护素水平,减少不良反应的发生。AIM:To investigate the stability and safety of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.METHODS:156 cases of orthodontic patients were divided into 2 groups(n = 78) according to the random number table method.The patients in control group were routinely treated,and in the test group were treated with micro-implant anchorage.The levels of osteoprotegerin,the therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups after treatment.RESULTS:2 months after treatment the level of osteoprotegerin in the test and control group was 0.15 ± 0.02 and 0.12 ± 0.04 respectively(P<0.05).The maxillary incisor inclination and molar displacement in the test group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the test and control group was observed in 3.85% and 16.67% of the subjects(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The application of mini-implant anchorage in oral orthodontic treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve the level of osteoprotegerin in periodontal tissue and reduce the adverse reactions.
