摘 要:为筛选出廉价、环保、高效的微生物接种剂专用载体,试验设置9个处理(CK、P、MR、F1、F2、F3、F4、F5和F6)作为接种剂供试基质,研究施用不同载体研制的微生物接种剂对苏丹草农艺性状、营养品质、土壤养分及3大微生物数量的影响。结果表明:(1)F1,F3和F4处理的微生物接种剂对苏丹草的农艺性状和品质作用效果较好。F1、F3较CK处理株高分别提高了2.91%、5.00%,F1、F4的粗蛋白较CK分别增加了15.32%、12.31%;(2)土壤有效养分和微生物数量变化较明显的处理有F3,F4和F5。其中,施用F3、F4载体研制的微生物接种剂对土壤有效磷含量较CK提高了46.25%、44.58%,而F3、F5土壤微生物数量较CK提高了12.09%、8.89%;(3)F3(40%木炭+40%泥炭+20%花土)与其他载体配方相比,施用该微生物接种剂对苏丹草生长、土壤养分及微生物数量有较好的促生效果。因此,F3可作为苏丹草微生物接种剂的专用载体。In order to screen out inoculant carriers of microorganism from agricultural wastes,which are the cheaper sources,environmental friendly and highly effective.In this study,the carriers ratio of nine treatments(CK,P,MR,F1,F2,F3,F4,F5 and F6)were used as the test substrates of inoculants.Inoculants of microorganism with different carriers development not only influence the agronomic traits and nutritional quality in sudan grass,but also affected nutrients and microorganisms counts in the soil.The results showed that,1)The inoculants of microorganism of F1,F3 and F4 treatments had proved quite effective in the agronomic traits and nutritional quality of the Sundan grass.It was found that the F1 and F3 treatments were 2.91%,5.00%higher than CK respectively.The crude protein of F1 and F4(for the control)increased by 15.32%and 12.31%,respectively.2)The available nutrients and microorganisms count of the soil appeared to be really impacted by the inoculants(F3,F4 and F5)of microorganism.With different carries development inoculants of microorganism to apply,the available phosphorus content of the soil of F3 and F4 were 46.25%,44.58%higher than CK separately.The total counts of microorganisms of F3 and F5(for the control)increased by 12.09%and 8.89%,respectively.3)In all,the different inoculants carrier have positive effects on sudan grass,F3(40%peat+40%charcoal+20%flowering soil)has the best promoting effects on growth,nutrient-promoting and the number of microorganisms to the sudan grass compared with other carrier formulations.Therefore,F3 can be used as a special carrier for sudan grass inoculant.
