摘　　要：随着国家创新驱动发展、社会经济不断转型和新旧动能转换,社会和企业对于实践创新型人才的需求越来越大,而高校每年又面临几百万毕业生就业压力,供需矛盾较突出。这就需要高校不断深化育人模式改革,积极搭建校企、校地、产教、科教、产学研等实践育人融合平台,科学构建高校实践教学和创新创业教育体系机制,培养适应新时代发展要求的大学毕业生人才。文章以山东科技大学泰山科技学院多年实施的应用型人才培养模式改革实践为基础,构建形成了"目标+平台"和"三四五六"模式的创新创业教育及实践教学体系机制,大大促进了学生实践应用能力和创新创业能力的培养。With the country's innovation-driven development,social and economic transformation,and the transformation of old and new kinetic energy,society and enterprises are increasingly demanding the practice of innovative talents,and colleges and universities face the employment pressure of millions of graduates every year,and the contradiction between supply and demand is more prominent.This requires the university to continuously deepen the reform of the education mode,actively build a platform for the integration of schools,enterprises,schools,production,education,science and education,production,education and research,and scientifically build a system of practical teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities to cultivate and adapt to the development of the new era.Based on the reform practice of applied talent training mode implemented by Taishan Institute of Science and Technology of Shandong University of Science and Technology for many years,this paper builds an innovative entrepreneurship education and practical teaching system mechanism that forms the"target+platform"and"three four five six"model,which greatly promotes Students practice application ability and innovation and entrepreneurship.
