试论知识经济时代下的企业科技管理创新

摘　　要：知识经济的到来对传统的企业管理模式提出了新的挑战,企业管理的内涵和对象发生了变化,科学技术已成为第一生产力,而科技化管理也已成为当代企业管理发展的主流方向,文章通过分析知识经济背景下进行科技管理创新对企业经营发展产生的积极作用,并对传统企业科技管理普遍存在的问题和现状进行分析,最后提出适应知识经济时代发展的企业科技管理创新改善对策,旨在为我国的企业科技管理创新、知识经济发展做出一定的理论支撑。The advent of knowledge economy has posed a new challenge to the traditional business management mode.The connotation and object of enterprise management have changed,and science and technology have become the first productive force.The management of science and technology has become the mainstream direction of the development of contemporary enterprise management.This paper analyzes the positive effect of the innovation of science and technology management on the development of enterprise management in the context of knowledge-based economy.It also analyzes the common problems and the present situation of the traditional enterprise science and technology management,and finally puts forward the innovation and improvement countermeasures of the enterprise science and technology management to adapt to the development of the knowledge-based economy era.The purpose is to make certain theoretical support for the innovation of enterprise science and technology management and the development of knowledge economy in our country.
