摘　　要：以比利时EM-DAT数据库为数据源,搜集了湄公河流域国家五国洪涝灾害事件资料,分析了洪涝灾害的发生时间、人口损失、地区分布、年内分布等,获得了湄公河流域各个国家的洪涝灾害的时空分布特征以及洪涝灾害的成因,为把握湄公河流域国家洪涝灾害的特点、根据各个国家洪涝灾害事件的不同成因制定有针对性的防洪排涝措施提供依据。The occurrence time, population loss, regional distribution and annual distribution of flood disasters are analyzed based on the data of flood disasters in five countries of the Mekong River Basin collected from EM-DAT database of Belgium. The characteristics of flood disasters in the Mekong River Basin countries are analyzed, which can help formulate targeted flood control and drainage measures according to the different causes of flood disasters in each country.
