摘 要:为提高应急救援效率,结合震后灾民对应急物资的需求的特征,及包含中转设施的应急物资两级调配的特点,提出了一种满意度函数来衡量灾民心理。以灾民感知的满意度最大和系统总成本最小为目标,并结合两级配送网路中应急配送中心的选址问题,建立考虑多物资、多级配送、多模式运输的应急物资配送方案优化模型。利用基于实数编码的遗传算法对模型进行求解,并以汶川地震中的有关数据为例,验证了模型和算法的有效性和可行性。In order to improve the efficiency of emergency rescue, combined with the characteristics of the demand for emergency materials after the earthquake, and the characteristics of the two-level deployment of emergency materials including transit facilities. We propose a satisfaction function to measure the psychology of the victims. Based on the satisfaction of the victims and the minimum total system cost, combined with the location problem of the emergency distribution center in the two-level distribution network, the emergency material distribution plan optimization model considering multi-material, multi-level distribution and multi-mode transportation is established. The model is solved by a real-coded genetic algorithm, and the data in the Wenchuan earthquake is taken as an example to verify the validity and feasibility of the model and algorithm.
