摘　　要：环境具有促进阅读的作用,用心打造阅读环境,可以有效地促进阅读,并提高图书馆藏书的利用率.大学图书馆要全面打造高品质阅读空间,其措施包括积极营造周边社会的阅读环境、巧妙利用自然环境、加强图书馆的阅读氛围、优化图书馆内部空间布局,全面打造立体的、书香的、智慧的、和谐的、个性化的图书馆阅读空间,让图书馆较好发挥"第三空间"的功能.Environment has the function of promoting reading.Meticulously-made reading space can effectively promote reading and improve the utilization ratio of library collections.University libraries should create high-quality reading space in an all-round way,which includes actively creating the reading environment of the surrounding society,skillfully utilizing the natural environment,strengthening the reading atmosphere of the library,optimizing the layout of the library’s internal space,and comprehensively creating tridimensional,scholarly,intelligent and personalized library reading space,so that the library will better play the role of Third Space.
