宋江阵民俗体育进入地方高校体育课堂的可行性研究

摘　　要：宋江阵是传统社会家族性活动的重要内容,蕴含着丰富的体育锻炼内容和教育教学内涵.宋江阵的组织形式和活动内容符合高校体育课的活动组织、身体锻炼要求.同时,当地高校也具备开设宋江阵课程的基本条件.梳理宋江阵所蕴含的文化内涵和教育教学价值,设立宋江阵传承教学示范点,开发编写宋江阵的教材内容体系,培育宋江阵教学的师资力量,是宋江阵进入当地大学体育课堂的前提.Song Jiang Array is an important part of family activities in traditional society which contains rich contents of physical exercise and education and teaching.The organizational form and content of Song Jiang Array meet the requirements of activity organization and physical exercise of physical education courses in colleges and universities.Moreover,local colleges and universities have the essentials of offering Song Jiang Array courses.But it must be preconditioned by cleaning up the cultural connotation and educational and teaching value of Song Jiang Array,setting up teaching demonstration bases of Song Jiang Array inheritance,developing the content system of Song Jiang Array teaching materials,and cultivating the teaching staff if Song Jiang Array is to be introduced to the local college university physical education classroom.
