摘 要:目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中核因子-κB(NF-κB)、转录因子激活蛋白-1(AP-1)和Toll样受体2(TLR2)的表达及意义。方法选取80例NSCLC组织及其癌旁组织,采用免疫组化染色法检测NF-κB、AP-1、TLR2的表达情况。比较NSCLC组织与癌旁组织中NF-κB、AP-1、TLR2的表达情况以及不同临床特征的NSCLC患者的NF-κB、AP-1、TLR2表达情况,分析NF-κB、AP-1、TLR2表达的相关性。结果 NSCLC组织中NF-κB、AP-1、TLR2的阳性表达率分别为63.75%、53.75%和66.25%,均明显高于癌旁组织的16.25%、13.75%、17.50%(P﹤0.01)。病理类型为腺癌的NSCLC患者的NF-κB阳性表达率为80.43%,明显高于病理类型为鳞癌患者的41.18%(P﹤0.01);有淋巴结转移NSCLC患者的AP-1阳性表达率为78.79%,明显高于无淋巴结转移患者的36.17%(P﹤0.01);中低分化的NSCLC患者的TLR2阳性表达率为81.63%,明显高于高分化患者的41.94%(P﹤0.01)。NF-kB表达与AP-1、TLR2表达呈正相关(r=0.448、0.617,P﹤0.05);AP-1表达与TLR2表达呈正相关(r=0.504,P﹤0.05)。结论 NSCLC组织NF-κB、AP-1、TLR2表达明显增强,与临床特征有一定的关系,三者间呈正相关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),transcription factor activator protein-1(AP-1)and toll like receptor 2(TLR2)in tissue of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method NSCLC tissues and paracancerous tissues from 80 cases were selected and the expression of NF-κB,AP-1 and TLR2 was detected by immunohistochemical staining.The expression of NF-κB,AP-1 and TLR2 in NSCLC tissues and paracancerous tissues,the expression of NF-κB,AP-1 and TLR2 in NSCLC patients with different clinical characteristics were compared and the correlation between the expressions of NF-κB,AP-1 and TLR2 was analyzed.Result The positive expression rates of NF-κB,AP-1 and TLR2 in NSCLC tissues were 63.75%,53.75%and 66.25%,which were all significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues as 16.25%,13.75%and 17.50%(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of NF-κB in adenocarcinoma was 80.43%,which was significantly higher than that of 41.18%in squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of AP-1 in patients with lymph node metastasis was 78.79%,which was significantly higher than that of 36.17%in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of TLR2 in patients with middle and low differentiation NSCLC was 81.63%,which was significantly higher than that of 41.94%in patients with high differentiation NSCLC(P<0.01).The expression of NF-κB was positively correlated with the expression of AP-1 and TLR2(r=0.448 and 0.617,P<0.05),and the expression of AP-1 was positively correlated with the expression of TLR2(r=0.504,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of NF-κB,AP-1 and TLR2 in NSCLC tissues are significantly increased,which are correlated with clinical characteristics,and perform a positive correlation among themselves.
