扶正抗癌方加减联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及生活质量分析

摘　　要：目的探索扶正抗癌方加减联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析80例晚期胃癌患者的病历资料,根据治疗方法不同将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。研究组患者术后采用中医扶正抗癌方加减联合化疗,对照组患者术后采用单纯化疗。比较两组患者的近期疗效、不良反应发生情况和生存情况,并对两组患者化疗前后的生活质量进行比较。结果研究组患者的临床疗效优于对照组(P﹤0.05);化疗后4周,对照组患者的不良反应发生率为22.5%,高于研究组的5.0%(P﹤0.05);化疗前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);化疗后,研究组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P﹤0.01);两组患者的生存情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论中医治疗联合化疗能够降低晚期胃癌患者的不良反应发生率,改善临床疗效和生活质量,且能够有效提高患者的生存情况。Objective To explore the curative effect of Fuzheng anti-cancer decoction plus or minus combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer and its effect on quality of life(QOL).Method The medical records of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment administered,these patients were divided as study group and control group,with 40 cases in each.The patients in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng anti-cancer decoction plus or minus combined with chemotherapy after operation,while those in the control group were treated with simple chemotherapy instead.The short-term curative effect,adverse reactions and survival,as well as the QOL of those patients before and after chemotherapy were compared.Result The short-term curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);in 4 weeks after chemotherapy,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 22.5%,which was higher than that in the study group at 5.0%(P<0.05);before chemotherapy,there was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05);while after chemotherapy,the quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher compared with control group(P<0.01);significant difference was observed regarding the survival in both groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Chinese traditional treatment combined with chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with advanced gastric cancer,improve the clinical curative effect and quality of life,meanwhile,it also effectively ameliorates the survival of patients.
