摘　　要：从吉林的历史地理文化特征,人们长时期形成的传统观念入手,从创新创业教育、创业文化底蕴不足,找出制约吉林老工业基地振兴的症结。以创业意识、创新精神、创新创业能力为主的创新创业教育,与打算创业、已经创业、成功创业的创业群体,以创业为导向,通过分层次的进行创新思维培养和创业能力锻炼的教育,凝炼创业文化来培育人们的创业意识。Starting from the historical,geographical and cultural characteristics of Jilin and the traditional concepts formed over a long period of time,the crux of restricting the revitalization of Jilin’s old industrial base is found out from the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship culture.Innovation and entrepreneurship education,which focuses on entrepreneurship awareness,innovation spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship ability,is geared to the whole society,and to the entrepreneurs who intend to start a business,have already started a business and succeed in starting a business.The education of innovative thinking training and entrepreneurship ability training is carried out in stages and levels,and entrepreneurship culture is condensed to cultivate people’s.
