摘 要:目的探讨专题文献精读结合实验设计教学新模式在微生物遗传学中的教学效果和推广应用。方法教学中引入了专题文献精读结合实验设计的新教学模式,并对此教学模式从专题文献选择、教学组织过程、实验设计实施、教学效果分析等方面进行了全面的探讨和评估。结果这一教学模式显著提高了学生的文献阅读能力和自学能力,课程满意度高达100%。结论该教学模式的运用有机地将经典理论知识、前沿进展和实际应用相结合,极大地提升了教学效果,激发了学生的学习热情,加强科学素养的养成。同时,也为相关学科教学的改革与探索提供了宝贵的经验和实践基础。Objective The effect and application of literature-based learning on special topic and experimental design model in Microbiology Genetics teaching were investigated.Methods A new teaching model,literature-based learning on special topic and experimental design,in the course was carried out.The implementation of the new teaching model,including how to choose literature on special topic,design organization model,perform experimental design and assess teaching effects was comprehensively discussed and evaluated.Results The new teaching model increased the students'abilities of reading literature and self-study.And the satisfaction rate of this course was up to100%.Conclusion This new teaching model successfully combines the classic theories,cutting-edge knowledge with scientific practice,and increases the teaching effect significantly.It could also provide the theoretical and practical experience for the teaching reform.
