摘 要:目的探讨超声乳化人工晶状体植入术和白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术治疗高度近视并白内障的优劣差异。方法选取2015年5月~2017年5月本院收治的高度近视并白内障患者100例,采用数字表法随机分为对照组及观察组,各50例。观察组应用超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗,对照组应用白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗有效率、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果观察组有效率显著高于对照组;观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组;观察组患者的各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论超声乳化人工晶状体植入术和白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术均可治疗高度近视并白内障,超声乳化人工晶状体植入术比白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术具有效率高、并发症少、生活质量高的优势,值得在临床应用。Objective To investigate the difference between phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of high myopia and cataract. Methods A total of 100 patients with high myopia and cataract who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(50 cases for each group). The observation group was treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, while the control group was treated with extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. The treatment efficiency, complication rate and quality of life were compared between both groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions Both phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation can treat high myopia and cataract. However, compared with extracapsular cataract extraction, higher efficiency, less complications and better quality of life were observed in Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, which is worthy of clinical application.
