摘 要:粒度级配对水煤浆成浆性能的影响至关重要。为提高华亭煤制水煤浆的成浆性能,通过实验研究了不同级配的粗细煤样对水煤浆成浆性能的影响。研究结果表明,当水煤浆的质量分数为58%,分散剂木质素的用量为干煤基的0.6%时,100目与200目的煤样以质量比为5∶5混合,所得浆体的黏度低至828 mPa·s,流动性呈A级,具备良好的稳定性,符合水煤浆的工业成浆要求,可提高华亭煤的成浆性能。Since the grain size distribution can affect the slurryability of coal water slurry,in order to improve slurryability of coal water slurry prepared with Huating coal,the influence of different gradation of coarse and fine coal samples on the slurryability of coal water slurry was studied through experiments.The results showed that when the mass fraction of coal water slurry was 58% and the amount of lignin used as dispersant was 0.6% of dry coal base,and the coal 100 mesh and 200 mesh were mixed at a mass ratio of 5∶5,the slurry had a viscosity of 828mPa·s,a fluidity of A grade,good stability and met the requirements of industrial slurry production of coal water slurry.And it can improve the slurryability of Huating coal.
