摘 要:为评价大城市综合交通适应性,对大城市综合交通适应性的内涵和特征进行了分析。从综合交通总量规模、综合交通结构、综合交通服务水平及综合交通可持续发展4个方面,构建了适应性评价指标体系。考虑与大城市发展相适应的综合交通应适度超前原则,对传统的熵权TOPSIS模型加以改进,引入"理想城市",并对相对贴近度的计算进行了完善。选取天津等10个大城市,采用所建立的模型,对其综合交通进行了适应性评价。评价结果表明:2014年仅南京、天津及大连的综合交通达到适应状态,与各城市综合交通实际情况接近,也验证了该评价指标体系和评价模型的有效性。In order to evaluate the adaptability of the comprehensive traffic in large cities,the characteristics and adaptability connotation of the comprehensive traffic in large cities was analyzed.At the same time,the adaptability evaluation index system was established from a gross scale,the structure,the service level and the sustainable development of comprehensive traffic.Considering the adapted comprehensive traffic to the development of large cities should be appropriate leading status,the traditional Entropy TOPSIS model was improved in this paper.The“ideal city”was introduced,and the calculation of relative closeness was completed.The development of comprehensive traffic system in ten cities was taken as the study case,the proposed method was applied to the evolution.The result indicats that only Nanjing,Tianjin and Dalian come to the adaptive status.This result was close to the real circumstance,the validity of evaluation index system and the model were proved.
