早期乳腺癌的手术治疗及临床预后分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早期乳腺癌的手术治疗及临床预后。方法将2015年1月—2016年3月早期乳腺癌患者90例分为两组。对照组施行改良根治手术,观察组施行早期乳腺癌保乳手术。比较两组效果;乳腺癌手术治疗的时间、手术过程总的出血量、手术后住院天数;手术前后患者乳腺癌生活质量指标;手术不良事件发生率。结果观察组效果优于对照组,P <0.05;观察组乳腺癌手术治疗时间、手术过程总的出血量、手术后住院天数优于对照组,P <0.05;手术前两组乳腺癌生活质量指标差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05;手术后观察组乳腺癌生活质量指标优于对照组,P <0.05。观察组手术的不良事件发生率低于对照组,P <0.05。结论早期乳腺癌患者行早期乳腺癌保乳手术效果明显,可更好改善乳腺癌生活质量指标。Objective To investigate the surgical treatment and clinical prognosis of early breast cancer.Methods 90 patients with breast cancer from January 2015 to March 2016 were divided into two groups.The control group underwent modified radical surgery,and the observation group underwent breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer.The effects of the two groups were compared;the duration of breast cancer surgery,the total amount of bleeding during surgery,the number of hospitalizations after surgery;the quality of life of breast cancer patients before and after surgery;the incidence of adverse events during surgery was compared.Results The effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The instantaneous time of surgery,the total amount of bleeding during the operation,and the number of hospitalizations after surgery were better than the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in cancer quality of life indicators,P>0.05.The postoperative quality of breast cancer in the observation group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Early breast cancer patients have obvious effects in breastconserving surgery for early breast cancer,which can better improve the quality of life indicators of breast cancer.
