摘　　要：现代城市规划的产生源自公共卫生与公共健康。尽管城市规划与公共健康曾有一段时间相互分离,但是环境污染和越发严重的慢性疾病等问题促使城市规划再次介入公共健康领域。近年来,城乡规划与公共健康领域的跨学科研究在国际学术界颇受关注,已经出版的相关书籍主要围绕健康城市、健康影响评估和健康城市规划三类主题展开,本文从这三类书籍各选出一本具有较高国际影响力的代表作进行介绍。就国内研究而言,重点评介新书《城乡规划与公共健康》。该书结合我国特色系统性地论述了公共健康与城乡规划的关系,开创性地提出公共健康视角下的“城乡健康”模型,探索适应我国国情的健康城乡规划的理论建构。最后,本文对城乡规划与公共健康的未来发展方向进行了展望。The modern urban planning stems from the public sanitation and public health. Though there was a period of separation between urban planning and public health, the former has to be involved in the latter field again due to the environmental pollution and the increasingly severe chronical diseases. In the international academic domain, the interdisciplinary research between urban planning and public health has caught much attention during recent years, and a number of relevant books had been published, which mainly center on three themes: healthy city, health impact assessment and healthy city planning. The article will choose one representative book with the international influence out of each theme. In the domestic field, the article will put the highlight on the new book, Urban and Rural Planning and Public Health. The book systematically examines the relation between public health and urban and rural planning in the Chinese context, creates the model of “urban and rural health” from the perspective of public health, and explores the theoretical framework of healthy urban and rural planning adapting to the China’s situation. Finally, it provides visions for the future development direction of public health and urban and rural planning.
