摘  要:为探讨地桃花提取物对植物是否有抑制作用,采用培养皿滤纸法和室内盆栽法测定地桃花提取物对稗等10种植物的抑制活性。结果表明,在10 mg/mL处理下,地桃花提取物对稗和刺苋的抑制效果最高,根长抑制率分别为80. 24%、74. 42%,茎长抑制率分别为72. 07%、93. 63%,根长EC50分别为0. 476、0. 642 mg/mL,茎长EC50分别为0. 380、0. 195 mg/mL;1 mg/mL处理下,地桃花提取物对稗和刺苋的抑制效果稍差,根长抑制率分别为62. 59%、53. 29%,茎长抑制率分别为56. 17%、78. 65%。盆栽结果显示,当供试浓度为10 mg/mL时,地桃花提取物对稗和刺苋具有较强的抑制效果,处理后7 d的防治效果分别为62. 01%、75. 70%。说明地桃花提取物具有潜在的除草活性,值得进一步深入研究,为地桃花作为一种天然的除草剂和生长抑制剂提供更科学的依据。The possible growth inhibitory effects of Urena lobata extracts were assessed with ten target plants,including Echinochloa crus-galli(Linn.)Beauv.,using filter-paper petri-dish and indoor pot-culture bioassays.The extracts had the highest herbicidal activity against E.crus-galli and Amaranthus spinosus Linn.at a concentration of 10mg/mL,with root and foliage growth-inhibition rates of 80.2%,72.1% and 74.4%,93.6%,and EC50 values for root and foliage of 0.48,0.64mg/mL and 0.38,0.20mg/mL,respectively.At a concentration of 1mg/mL,the extracts only had a low herbicidal activity on the two species,with inhibition rates for roots and shoots of 62.6%,56.2% and 53.3%,78.6%,respectively.Therefore,extract of U.lobata have potential herbicidal activity,deserving further research to establish a scientific basis for using U.lobata as a natural herbicide or growth inhibitor.
