摘　　要：针对地方本科高校转型背景下园艺专业植物生理学实验教学过程中存在的问题,从教学内容、教学方法、成绩考核方式等方面对课程改革进行了初步探究,有效提高了实验课程的教学质量与效果,锻炼了学生创新思维与实践能力,为培养高素质应用型人才提供思路。Aiming at the problems existing in the course teaching process of plant physiology experiment under the background of transformation in local universities,the curriculum reform is discussed from the aspects of teaching content,methods and grade evaluation in order to improve teaching quality and effect,train innovative and practical abilities of students and cultivate high-quality applied talents.
