增液地黄汤治疗急性视神经炎疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察增液地黄汤治疗急性视神经炎的安全性及有效性。方法:收集急性视神经炎患者,采用随机数字表法将80例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规激素治疗,观察组在此基础上加用增液地黄汤,观察治疗前后两组患者的临床疗效、视力、视野平均光敏感度及视野平均缺损、中医证候积分。结果:增液地黄汤治疗后,试验组临床总有效率为97.50%,与对照组有效率(76.92%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后视力、视野敏感度明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组患者视力、视野敏感度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后视野缺损、证候积分明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组患者视野缺损、证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:增液地黄汤可明显改善急性视神经炎患者视力减退、视野缺损等临床症状,提高其临床疗效,值得在临床应用。Objective:To observe the effectiveness of Zengye Dihuang decoction on acute optic neuritis.Methods:we collected80patients who have got acute optic neuritis,then80patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group had40people.The control group received hormone therapy,experimental group received Zengye Dihuang decoction on the basis of control group.We observed the changes of TCM symptom scores,clinical effects,vision,sensitivity of vision,defect of field vision before and after treatment.Results:The experimental group had fall off in one case,so it had39cases and control group has60cases at last.Compared with the control group,total effective rate of experimental group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,vision and sensitivity of vision of all patients were higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,vision and sensitivity ofvision of experimental group were higher after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores and defect of field vision of all patients were higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,TCM symptom scores and defect of field vision of experimental group were higher after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zengye Dihuang decoction can improve clinical symptoms of acute optic neuritis such as clinical effects,vision,sensitivity of vision,defect of field vision and so on.In addition,Zengye Dihuang decoction can improve clinical effects of acute optic neuritis.So it is necessary to promote and apply Zengye Dihuang decoction for treating acute optic neuritis.
