摘 要:冲焊型液力变矩器在汽车和工程机械领域被广泛使用,其叶轮与叶片的铆接过程比较复杂,国内缺乏统一的加工工艺.以某型号冲焊型液力变矩器为研究对象,根据叶片辊铆的加工工况和工艺要求,对叶片的辊铆过程和辊铆力进行了分析,提出了一种新的辊铆力计算方法,并基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件对叶片变形过程进行了模拟仿真,通过对比仿真和实验的结果验证了力学计算方法的可行性.经过以上研究完善了叶片的辊铆工艺理论,为辊铆机的设计计算和辊铆头的国产化提供了理论依据.The stamping and welding type torque converter is widely used in the automobile and engineering fields.The riveting process of the impeller and the blade is very complicated,and it lacks of a unified processing technology in our country.This paper studies a certain type of stamping and welding type torque converter and focuses on the analysis of the blade roller riveting process.According to the working conditions and technological requirements of the blade roller riveting,the mechanical analysis of the roller riveting process is carried out and a new calculation method is developed.In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed method,the finite element analysis of the blade deformation process is implemented by using ABAQUS software and comparing the results of simulations and experiments.Based on the studies in this paper,the roller riveting process of the blade is improved,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and calculation of the roller riveting machine and the localization of the roller riveting head.
