摘  要:探究持续性高耗氧量运动对大鼠全血粘度和生化指标的影响。方法:12只大鼠随机分为两组,即正常组、跑步组,共训练20天,取血,测定血液相应指标。结果:适应性训练结束跑步组体重(221. 7±7. 8)与正常组体重(261. 7±9. 9)比较,训练最后1天跑步组(242. 6±23. 2)与正常组体重(312. 4±19. 7)比较均极显著降低(p <0. 01);跑步组较正常组的CHO,TG,LDL-C,FIB均显著性降低(p <0. 05),HDL-C显著性增高(p <0. 05),全血粘度和血小板聚集率无显著性变化。结论:持续性高耗氧量运动可以降低正常大鼠血脂、抑制血液凝固防治血栓形成,该方法为后续研究提供参考。Objective:to study on the effect of sustained high oxygen consumption exercise the blood state of rats.Methods:12rats were randomly divided into two groups,the normal group and the running group,training for20days,blood extracted,blood index measured.Results:After fitness training,compared with the weight(261.7±9.9)of normal group,the weight(221.7±7.8)of running group decreased(p<0.01)significantly;at the end of overall training,compared with the weight(312.4±19.7)of normal group,the weight(242.6±23.2)of running group decreased(p<0.01)significantly;compared with the normal group,CHO,TG,LDL-C,FIB and maximal platelet aggregation rate of the running group was decreased(P<0.05)markedly,and the HDL-C was increased(P<0.05)markedly,and the whole blood viscosity without significant changes.Conclusion:The use of this method can reduce the blood lipid and inhibit the blood clotting in normal rats to prevent thrombosis of the rats,so this method provides reference for the follow-up study.
