摘 要:针对当前广泛应用于重载列车的CCBII制动机系统关键技术的国产化程度较低的问题,将CAN总线引入系统,对相应的制动机网络控制系统设计和实现中所涉及的关键技术进行研究。在对CCBII制动机组成结构及工作原理进行剖析的基础上,提出了基于CAN总线的制动机网络控制系统总体架构,完成了控制网络中基本功能控制节点的软硬件设计;其中硬件部分完成了通用型功能控制节点的硬件设计与选型,软件部分通过合理制定CAN应用层协议,分别完成了主、从节点各自的通信调度与控制功能模块的设计;并最终对CCBII制动机系统进行网络通信与控制的实验与测试,初步验证了CAN总线网络中各个节点的数据输入输出功能和通信功能的正确性,实现了基本的制动控制功能。实验测试结果表明,所设计系统也为CCBII制动机其他关键部件的国产化研究提供了测试与验证平台。Aiming at the problem of the low localization of the key technology of CCBII brake system currently widely used in heavy-duty trains,the Controller Area Network(CAN)bus was introduced into the system,and the key technologies involved in the design and implementation of the corresponding brake network control system were studied.Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of CCBII brake machine,the overall architecture of the brake network control system based on CAN bus was proposed,and the hardware and software designs of the basic function control node in the control network were completed.Among them,the hardware part completed the hardware design and selection of general-purpose functional control node;the software part completed the respective communication scheduling of master and slave nodes through the rational establishment of CAN application layer protocol.Finally,the experiment and test of the network communication and control of CCBII brake system have verified the correctness of data input and output functions and communication functions of each node in CAN bus network and realized the basic brake control function of the train.The experimental results show that the designed system also provides a test and verification platform for the localization research of other key components of CCBII brakeing machine.
