摘  要:液压可变配气系统利用液压油的流动性,通过容积调节的方式分别实现了气门相位和升程的连续可变,对进一步提升发动机的有效转矩、降低燃油消耗和减小污染物排放具有重要意义。为了提高液压可变配气系统的实际使用性能和稳定性,结合系统的工作原理和特点,分析了与气门运动控制相关的配气凸轮设计、调节器弹簧设计和系统压力波动控制等系统难题,并分别从气门相位调节、气门升程调节和不同转速时系统稳定性三个方面提出了气门运动的控制方法,为进一步完善液压可变配气技术及系统奠定了基础。The hydraulic variable valve system mainly utilizes the fluidity of the hydraulic oil and realizes the continuous variable valve phase and lift by volume adjustment,which can further enhance the effective torque of the engine.It is very important to reduce fuel consumption and pollutant emission.In order to improve the practical performance and stability of the hydraulic variable valve distribution system,combined with the working principle and characteristics of the system,the valve cam design related to valve motion control is analyzed.The design of regulator spring and system pressure fluctuation control are difficult problems.The control methods of valve motion are put forward from three aspects:valve phase adjustment,valve lift regulation and system stability at different rotational speeds.It lays a foundation for the further improvement of hydraulic variable gas distribution technology and system.
