高校知识产权是“无形资源”?

摘　　要：高校知识产权本质上是一种待开发的资源,而不是一种可以直接利用的资产.当前高校按照"无形资产"的定位对知识产权进行管理,与高校知识产权本质属性冲突,引发了诸多问题,影响了高校知识产权的转化和再创造.将高校知识产权按照"无形资源"的定位建立新的管理体系,重点关注知识产权实施效果,能够解决管理体制与现实的矛盾,促进高校知识产权的创造和应用.Intellectual property rights(IPRs)of universities are fundamentally untapped resources,rather than directly utilizable assets. In the current literature,the view to treat IPRs of universities as intangible assets is problematic,which affects the transform and recreation of IPRs of univevsities.It proposed that universities should regard their IPRs as intangible resources,and construct a new management system which pays more attention on utilization of IPRs.By doing so,the conflicts between management system and reality could be solved,and knowledge creation and transformation would be facilitated.
