摘　　要：本文在阐述国内外医学伦理委员会现状的基础上,选取以某地市级医院临床科研伦理审查委员会为研究对象,剖析其伦理审查不够重、专业人员配备不足、方式单一、监督不强等问题并提出相应对策,期能为加强地市级医院临床科研伦理审查建设提供借鉴。In this paper,on the basis of the current domestic and international ethics committee,the author chooses the municipal hospital clinical research ethical review committee as the research object,analyzes its existing problems such as insufficient ethical review,insufficient professionals,single way,and weak supervision,etc,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,aiming at strengthening the construction of municipal hospital clinical research ethics review provides the beneficial reference.
