摘 要:经济新常态下,我国劳动密集型企业的一线员工受企业发展困境的影响,对企业的归属感比较低,具体表现为组织成就感不高、缺乏价值感、对企业经营决策与制度规范的认同感低、公平感缺失、工作使命感低等。小组工作能够通过组员之间的互动,借助其彼此分享、分担、支持等小组动力,带来组员态度和行为的改变以及社会功能的恢复和发展,从而在介入员工归属感问题时具备独特的优势。Under the new normality of economy,influenced by the development dilemma of enterprises,the front line employees’sense of belonging in labor-intensive enterprises is relatively low,which is shown that the sense of organizational achievement is not high,the sense of value is less,the sense of identity with business management decision and system regulation is low,the sense of fairness is missing and the sense of working mission is low.Group work can help team members to interact with each other and use sharing,burdening,supporting and other group powers to bring changes of the attitude and behavior as well as the recovery and development of the social functions,thus it has a unique advantage in the involvement of the sense of belonging problem.
