摘　　要：网络群落具有一定的关系结构和符号规范,是网络生态发展的生命力量。网络生态系统中的符号子系统的形成及其解释规范体系的建构,是网络群落内部、群落之间及群落与其环境间互动和沟通的结果。网络符号散布和符号意义变迁造成的网络符号流动,是协调群落关系和维持群落与其环境间良性互动关系的前提。在网络生态的治理过程中,管理者应秉持有机发展观和群落协同思想,搭建沟通平台,探索理性共识基础上的多元共治机制。Network communities have certain relational structures and symbolic norms,and they are vital forces for the development of Network Ecology.The formation of symbolic subsystem in Network Ecosystem and the construction of its interpretation system,is the result of the interaction and communication in communities,among communities,and between communities and the environment.The flow of network symbols caused by their distribution and changes of symbolic meanings is the prerequisite to coordinate the relationship among communities and maintain the efficient interaction between communities and their environment.Managers of the Network Ecology should uphold the concept of organic development,coordinate the development of communities,help to set up a communication platform,and try to excogitate the Jointnomy Mechanism based on rational consensus.
