眶隔脂肪合理化释放在眼袋手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨眶隔脂肪合理化释放用于眼袋手术中的价值。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年3月进行眼袋整形术患者104例随机分为对照组与观察组,每组52例,对照组采用改良肌皮瓣法整形术,观察组在对照组基础上加用眶隔脂肪合理化释放,对两组治疗后眼部指标、患者满意度、不良反应发生率进行观察。结果两组患者治疗前的眼袋程度、下睑皮肤皱纹、皮肤光泽度、睑泪沟等各指标评分无明显差异(P> 0.05),观察组患者治疗后的上述指标改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为96.15%,明显较对照组82.69%高(P <0.05);观察组术后不良反应发生率为17.31%,明显低于对照组36.54%(P <0.05)。结论眶隔脂肪合理化释放用于眼袋整形术中效果满意,且不良反应少,值得推广。Objective To explore the value of rationalized release of septum fat for eye bags surgery.Methods 104 patients with eye bag plastic surgery from January 2016 to march 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified musculocutaneous flap surgery,and the observation group was treated with rationalized release of sacral septum fat on the basis of the control group.Results The eye index,patient satisfaction,and incidence of adverse reactions were observed after treatment.Results There were no significant difference in the scores of bags,wrinkles,gloss and lacrimal sulcus of lower eyelid between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The improvement of the above indicators after treatment in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the observation group were 96.15%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 82.69%(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group were 17.31%,which were significantly lower than that in the control group 36.54%(P<0.05).Conclusion The reasonable release of the septum fat is satisfactory for the eye bag plastic surgery,and the satisfactory cosmetic effect can be obtained,which is worth promoting.
