面部深度烧伤致眼睑外翻的早期整形手术治疗分析

摘　　要：目的面部深度烧伤致眼睑外翻的早期整形手术治疗分析。方法将2015年9月--2018年10月收治的面部深度烧伤致眼睑外翻患者共50例作为对象,都采取早期整形手术予以治疗,对临床疗效进行评价观察。结果 50例患者通过手术治疗,眼睑所植全厚皮片都成活,色泽接近面部皮肤,眼睑形态及闭合良好者共47例,仅仅3例出现轻微外翻现象,其中,优良率达88%(44/50)。结论早期整形手术治疗面部深度烧伤致眼睑外翻,疗效确切。Objective To analyse the early plastic operation treatment of eyelid ectropion caused by deep facial burn.Methods From September 2015 to October 2018,50 patients with eyelid ectropion caused by deep facial burns were treated with early plastic surgery.The clinical efficacy was evaluated and observed.Results All the 50 patients survived with full-thickness skin grafts on the eyelids.The color of the eyelids was close to the facial skin.The shape and closure of the eyelids were good in 47 cases.Only 3 cases had slight valgus.The excellent and good rate was 88%(44/50).Conclusion Early plastic surgery is effective in the treatment of eyelid ectropion caused by deep facial burn.
