创新创业教育融入高职汽车类专业人才培养的探究

摘　　要：针对创新创业教育存在的问题,本文提出创新创业教育必须融入人才培养全过程,并从创新创业教育的人才培养模式、课程体系、创业导师、创新平台、科技竞赛五个方面进行了分析和说明。以汽车制造类专业课程为案例,重点阐述了专业课程融入创新创业教育的体系和方法,用案例证明从专业课程教育入手的高职创新创业教育是可行的。笔者建议高职院校应树立不同层次的创新创业教育目标,将相关创新创业教育的内容融入人才培养,以完成"大众创业,万众创新"赋予高职教育的历史使命。Aiming at the problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper proposes that innovation and entrepreneurship education must be integrated into the whole process of talent cultivation, and analyzes and explains it from five aspects: talent training mode, curriculum system, entrepreneurship mentor, innovation platform and science and technology competition.Taking automobile manufacturing as an example, this paper mainly expounds the system and method of integrating professional courses into innovation and entrepreneurship education, and proves that it is feasible to start from professional courses education to innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges. The author suggests that higher vocational colleges should set different levels of educational goals of innovation and entrepreneurship, and integrate relevant contents of innovation and entrepreneurship education into talent training, so as to complete the historical mission of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" granted to higher vocational education.
