胃癌胃脘痛患者与血清炎症因子的关联分析

摘　　要：目的:探索胃癌胃脘痛发生的炎症免疫机制。方法:临床招募63例胃癌胃脘痛患者作为研究对象,89例胃癌无症患者和53例健康体检者作为对照,电化学发光免疫检测血清20种炎症因子,进行统计学关联分析。结果:与对照组相比,胃癌无症与胃脘痛患者分别有10种和5种血清炎症因子有显著差异(P<0.05)。与胃癌无症组相比,胃癌胃脘痛组血清IL-17α、IL-4、IL-12p70、TNF-α水平显著降低(P<0.05)。相关性和聚类分析发现IL-4与GM-CSF在胃癌无症组中特征性正相关,IL-16与IL-2在胃癌胃脘痛组中特征性正相关。结论:胃癌胃脘痛患者存在特征性的炎症因子表达模式。Objective:The present study aimed to grope for the inflammatory mechanism of the gastric abscess in the patients with gastric cancer.Methods:Sixty-three patients with gastric cancer(GC)suffering gastric abscess were recruited as study subjects,and 89 GC patients with no symptoms and 53 healthy controls were recruited as study baseline.An electrochemiluminescence assay was used to detect the serum levels of 20 inflammatory cytokines and multivariate statistical analysis was conducted.Results:Compared with the healthy controls,the serum levels of ten and five cytokines had significant differences in GC patient with no symptoms and those with gastric abscess(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the GC patients with no symptoms,the serum levels of four cytokines(IL-17α,IL-4,IL-12p70,TNF-α)distinctly decreased in gastric abscess(P<0.05).Correlation and cluster analysis showed that GC patients with no symptoms and those with gastric abscess had characteristic positive correlations of IL-4 vs GM-CSF and IL-16 vs IL-2.Conclusion:The GC patients suffering gastric abscess had characteristically expressed pattern of serum inflammatory cytokines.
