摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是世界公认的疑难性疾病之一,其病理机制复杂。大量研究表明,PD病理过程中伴随着慢性神经炎症反应的发生。胶质细胞能够通过其分泌的细胞因子参与神经炎症反应。文章拟对近年来胶质细胞及炎症因子与帕金森病相关研究做以综述。Parkinson's disease(PD)is one of the most recognized and difficult diseases in the world.A large number of studies have shown that PD pathogenesis is accompanied by chronic neuroinflammation.Glial cells are able to participate in neuroinflammatory responses through cytokines secreted by glial cells.In this review,we reviewed the relationship between glial cells and inflammatory factors and PD in recent years.
