摘　　要：指出了新时代林业现代化建设离不开人才的支撑,林业职业院校应发挥社会服务职能,积极开展面向林业行业的培训工作,提出了要从内涵和机制上实现"职和业教育"和"行业培训"的深度融合。Forestry modernization in the new era can not be separated from the support of talents.Forestry vocational colleges should play a social service function,actively carry out training work oriented to forestry industry,and realize the deep integration of“vocational education”and“industry training”from the connotation and mechanism.
