摘　　要：指出了在高校改革中,并行的学费制度对解决大学预算不足具有重要的作用。但是,快速上涨的学费加重了家庭和学生的经济负担,而公平合理的学费标准却尚未确立。对学费制度发展过程中出现的问题进行了考察并分析,针对出现的问题提出了解决的对策和建议。In the reform of colleges and universities,the parallel tuition system plays an important role in solving the budget shortage of universities.However,rapidly rising tuition fees have increased the financial burden on families and students,while fair and reasonable tuition standards have not yet been established.This paper investigates and analyzes the problems in the development of the tuition fee system,which provides suggestions for solving the problems.
