摘  要:[目的]研究烤烟糖碱比与非挥发性有机酸、高级脂肪酸的关系。[方法]采用逐步回归、偏相关分析和通径分析对51份曲靖烤烟样品进行分析。[结果]曲靖烤烟糖碱比平均值为13.89,变幅为6.50~22.30,变异系数为29.16%,离散程度较大。糖碱比与肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、十七酸、硬脂酸之间存在极显著的线性相关(R2=0.355 2**),糖碱比与棕榈酸含量呈正相关,与肉豆蔻酸、十七酸、硬脂酸呈负相关。通径分析表明,棕榈酸对糖碱比有较大的正面直接影响,肉豆蔻酸、十七酸、硬脂酸对糖碱比有负面直接影响。[结论]该研究为原料体系构建、卷烟配方设计维护及卷烟加工提供参考。[Objective]The research aimed to study the relationship between sugar-to-alkali ratio and non-volatile organic acids and higher fatty acids in flue-cured tobacco.[Method]51 tobacco leaves samples from Qujing planting area were analyzed as materials by using stepwise regression,partial correlation analysis and path analysis.[Result]The average sugar-to-alkali ratio in Qujing flue-cured tobacco was 13.89,the range was 6.50-22.30,the coefficient of variation was 29.16%,and the degree of variation was large.There was very significant linear correlation between the sugar-to-alkali ratio and myristic acid,palmitic acid,heptadecanoic acid and stearic acid(R^2=0.3552**).The sugar-to-alkali ratio was positively correlated with the content of palmitic acid,and negatively correlated with myristic acid,heptadecanoic acid and stearic acid.Path analysis showed that palmitic acid had a large positive direct effect on the sugar-to-alkali ratio.Myristic acid,heptadecanoic acid and stearic acid had a negative direct effect on the sugar-to-alkali ratio.[Conclusion]The research provides reference for the construction of raw material system,design and maintenance of cigarette formula and cigarette processing.
