摘 要:单管法离体心脏灌流是医学院校的机能实验学课程中的常规实验项目,是研究心脏功能的重要手段之一,在教学和科研中应用广泛。现有相关教材中对单管法的操作方式描述不一,甚至有较大差别;传统的单管法蛙心灌流实验装置本身结构缺陷使实验结果易受一些应避免的非处理因素的影响。为了优化单管法离体心脏灌流实验操作和实验装置,以提高学生操作技能和科研意识,收集整理了近年出版的教材中描述单管法离体心脏灌流实验相关资料。通过比较分析各教材中描述的单管法操作的长处和不足,提出了对操作方法和实验装置的改进措施。The one-channel isolated heart perfusion experiment is one of the routine experimental items in the course of the functional experimental science in the medical colleges and universities. It is one of the important means to study cardiac function, and has been widely used in teaching and research. At present, the descriptions on the operation mode of the method showed quite different views in the relevant teaching materials; and the structural defects of the traditional heart perfusion device made the detection results easily be affected by non-treatment factors that should be avoided. In order to optimize the operation method and the experimental device of the one-channel isolated heart perfusion experiment, and enhance students’ manipulative skills and awareness of scientific research, the data in describing the operation method about the one-channel isolated heart perfusion experiment in the textbooks published in recent years were collected. By analyzing and comparing the respective strengths and weakness of the views described in the textbooks, some measures were put forward to improve the operation method and experimental device.
