摘　　要：医学教育"以人为本"即是以学生为本,培养职业道德修养高、有发展潜力并具有一定创新能力的医生,实现学校的人才培养目标并为社会主义的医疗卫生提供高质量的服务。通过确立人才培养目标、教学内容以及教学方法 3个"三维立体"的理念,进一步深化教育教学改革,注重综合素质培养,提倡创新意识,加强形成性评价,激励教师的教学热情等措施,经过5年的改革与实践,教师教学积极性、学生学习的主动性和职业荣誉感、使命感得到显著提高,学生知识面明显拓宽、动手能力显著增强,并具备了一定的创新能力。外科学"三维立体"教学模式取得了较好的教学效果。"People-oriented" is the core of scientific outlook on development."People-oriented" on medical education is equal to student-centered and cultivating medical staff who have high professional ethics, great potential for development and certain innovation ability to realize the school personnel training objectives and provide high quality medical service for socialist countries and people. Our team establishes the "three dimensions" concept of training objectives, teaching contents and teaching methods, and then further deepens the reform of education and teaching, pays attention to the cultivation of comprehensive qualities, promotes innovation consciousness, strengthens formative assessment and encourage teachers’ teaching enthusiasm. After 5 years of reform practice, the teachers’ teaching enthusiasm and the students’ learning initiative and the sense of occupation honor and mission are significantly improved. The students’ knowledge is obviously widened, the practical ability and creative ability are greatly enhanced. The achievements on the "three dimensions" teaching model of surgery spreads to both inside and outside, and good teaching effects have also been achieved.
